Job Summary:
We are looking for a Plumber Helper for our Service Plumbing department. The Plumber Helper will assist plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of plumbing systems and be able to follow instructions. The Plumber Helper will work under the supervision of the plumber and will be responsible for ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the plumber in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Carry tools and materials to the job site.
- Prepare work areas for plumbing installations and repairs.
- Assist in cutting, bending, and threading pipes.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
